HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO RESPOND TO EMAILS/CONTACT FORMS?

I will do my best to respond as soon as possible. For inquiries, please allow me 24 hours to respond. For questions related to existing bookings, please allow me 12 hours to respond. Responses typically take less time, but I appreciate your patience.

I SUBMITTED MY BOOKING AND PAYMENT, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

You will receive an email confirmation with an invoice and an explanation of the next steps. Please verify your email is correct before submitting. If you do not receive a confirmation, check your spam or junk folders. Otherwise, please submit a "let's chat" form or email me (include your name, email, and your chosen reading).

I DON'T WANT A READING ANYMORE, BUT I ALREADY PAID. HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

If your cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled reading please submit a "let's chat" form or email me (include your name, email, and your chosen reading) as soon as possible so I can cancel the booking. I will then initiate the refund process, but depending on your financial institution, the refund can take up to 3-5 business days to reflect back on your account. If your refund has not been received after that timeframe, please contact me using the previously stated resources. 

THE READING DID NOT RESONATE WITH ME. CAN I HAVE A REFUND?

Readings are NONREFUNDABLE once completed. All I can do is suggest finding another reader that you connect better with for future readings. Thank you for understanding!

DO YOU OFFER LIVE OR IN-PERSON READINGS?

At this time, I offer pre-recorded or virtual personal readings via Zoom. All live recordings for general readings can be found on YouTube. Turn on my post notifications on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube by clicking the bell icon ðŸ•­ on BTT's profile to be notified about my live readings.

DO YOU ACCEPT THIRD PARTY PAYMENTS (KLARNA, AFTERPAY, ETC.)

At this time, I only accept Debit/Credit card payments.

Thank you for your generosity! Tips/Donations are not required, but ALWAYS appreciated. The current tipping resources I am accepting are Venmo and Paypal @BlackTempTarot.

IF READINGS A PRE-RECORDED, WHAT IS THE SCHEDULED TIME AND DURATION AT CHECKOUT FOR?

The scheduled time is the timeframe for when you will receive your recording. The duration (depending on the reading) is how long your recording is.

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY READING?

Readings are sent 24 hours after the scheduled time unless booked on Friday. Friday bookings are sent the next working day.

For example, if you place a booking for 8 AM on Friday, you will receive your recording at the same time the next working day, which would be 8 AM Monday. For emergency readings, you will receive your recording within 24 hours of submitting your booking.
